Samsung's In-Display-Camera Smartphone Could Launch In 2020

Oppo, Xiaomi and Samsung Showed there Own In-Display-Camera Technology a few days back but there are strong chances that Samsung will bring Worlds First In-Display-Camera or Under-Display-Camera Smartphone in Market. 

Samsung also introduced us Worlds First Foldable Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Fold which is available for purchase by the consumer there is one more leak that the new phone won’t be either the flagship Galaxy S11 or the Galaxy Fold 2.


Korea based Smartphone manufacturer Samsung is reportedly set to launch its first phone to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor next year. The new design will further help the brand to clear up their already minimal front-face and could perfect their all-display design.

The information comes from a trusted leaker Ice Universe on Twitter. The tweet stating the fact also mentioned that the new phone won’t be either the flagship Galaxy S11 or the Galaxy Fold 2. This points to the new phone is either a completely new series, an A-series device or the most probable the next Note series phone.




Other brands like Xiaomi, Oppo already have their own prototype of In-Display-Camera or Under-Display-Camera technology.

Samsung might be the first company to launch   In-Display-Camera or Under-Display-Camera smartphone in the next year 2020.


Tech companies are obsessed with achieving a true 100% screen to body ratio on their smartphones. And the front camera is the biggest obstacle that comes in between this dream. 

We have already seen technologies such as a punch-hole camera, pop-up camera, and even a rotating camera to maximize the screen real estate on smartphones. 

However, future implementations are going to be even more exciting with the front camera going under the display. And it looks like we could see our first under-display camera (UDC) module as soon as early 2020 as a report reveals that Samsung is already prepping the technology for mass production.
